Because tools like sbuild need a dsc, I always build the package on
the host and then rebuild the new .dsc/.diff.gz in the sbuild chroot.
This ensures it will build in both environments, and also ensures the
source will unpack and autobuild properly.

The sad thing is, this is special cased primarily because of broken
/etc/hosts files preventing reverse name lookups...

easily, so it can (for example) mount block devices on demand, and
(later tonight, once I write it) create, mount and destroy LVM
snapshots on the fly.
