monitor inspired by gtop

Currently it is able to produce a working deb package with vendord source.

This is another terminal based graphical activity monitor,
inspired by gtop and vtop, this time written in Golang.
It shows CPU/Disk/Memory/Network usage and process lists in a
user-friendly interface, with historical graphs.
