* Drop supports for dvipdfm and dvipdfm-cjk, the former is the part of
tetex-bin now and doesn't support Japanese now, and the latter is only
dummy package. (Closes: #332183).

- Update templates.
* debian/po/ja.po: Update Japanese translations.
* debian/po/cs.po: Update Czech translations.
* debian/po/fr.po: Update French translations.
* debian/po/vi.po: Add Vietnamese translations. (Closes: #317617).
* debian/po/sv.po: Add Swedish translations. (Closes: #331581).
* debian/control:
