+ Warning: Daily data files format has changed (again), and is
*not* compatible with the previous one! Delete existing data
files in /var/log/sysstat directory!

warning about above mentioned incompatibility.
* debian/systat.templates: Do not misuse `yes'/`no' words (closes: #173788).
* Update Polish translation of templates.
* Add the override file for the following lintian false error:
`shell-script-fails-syntax-check ./usr/bin/isag'.
