I've also commited a fix to svn to reduce the number of cfengine runs during
installation back to 2 (from 3). This will also make sure this do no longer
happen.

I disabled in svn the cfengine rule to change the default page. The tools is
included, but currently not used during installation in the svn version of
debian-edu-config.

Yes. He got a faster machine, so the second cfengine run took less then 1
minute to run, making the third cfengine run not re-run ltsp-make-client.
