just now I've realized that cups services have been split
into two different daemons, for instance "cups" and "cups-browsed".
Setting "BrowsePoll www:631" into /etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf of the WS client
Setting "BrowseAddress to.your.broadcast.IP" into /etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf
