The nice thing with packages that are included upstream , is that the eventually end up in the package. I'm not sure it will make it into the next Debian-release called Sarge. There is currently a freeze for packages going into Sarge. It would be nice to look at the module, to see if this is something more schools could benefit from. I'll cc both the debian-edu list, and the old Debian-maintainer for webmin. Keeping the Webmin package up to date is quite a task, and the current (well uptil 13. Sep 2004) maintainer is orphaning[1] the package. I guess we should help out by creating a webmin-maintainer group, but I dont know your commitment to debian and webmin in particular, and open source in general. > I would be very happy to forward the details if they are needed. Yes please, then We can maybe include it in the current release for Debian-edu, (both based on woody and sarge), and maybe it's even possible to get it into the Debian-sarge-version.
