It seems that in cross-compiler mode, gcc doesn't pick up the cpp to
stuff in the package or create the cpp package.
I may hack a patch up for all of these tonight. Should they be posted
here, or in the BTS? (Again, this isn't exactly usual functionality, so
I understand if you don't want this
