Here is a patch that I came up with that builds libgnat and links the
GNAT tools (gnatmake, gnatlink, gnatfind, gnatname, etc.) against it.
I used it to build gnat-3.3 from the latest sources in testing
(gcc-3.3-3.3.2ds4-1).
