I started all over again to build a toolchain for AMD64 with gcc-3.3.3 and
gcc3.4.0. I am on Debian unstable:
$ gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-linux/3.3.3/specs
Configured with: ../src/configure -v
--enable-languages=c,c++,java,f77,pascal,objc,ada,treelang --prefix=/usr
