Ah, ok. Basically what you do is to mark the class "final", i.e. no
other class can derive from it. I think your claim then makes sense.

with the following:

My bad... /usr/local/lib/libstdc++.so.5 doesn't belong to any debian
package -- don't know how I got that impression. Works fine now. --
