Hi,
sorry about that, but I just found out that another patch is needed for
gcc-3.4. Just reactivating hurd-changes.dpatch was not enough, similar
to gcc-4.0, the /include - /usr/include change now has to be made in
gcc/config/gnu.h as well as

Serge Belyshev looked into this closer, and it appears to be a
bug in filtergen after all, and it's a buffer overflow.
The problem:

Hello,
Looking into Debian bug #324902, I found that it was due to an optimization
bug in GCC 4.0. I isolated a test case which is attached as test.c. The
attached test.i and test.s files result from the command
gcc-4.0 -Wall -pedantic
