Dropping the optimisation on src/libraries/qmfclient/ from -O2 to -O1 fixes the

Further to this issue, I've recompiled qmf in a pbuilder chroot with
gcc-4.6 replacing gcc-4.7 and using compiler flags for -Wall -Wextra
and -Werror in the src/libraries/qmfclient subdir and
tests/tst_qmailthread/ sub directories without problems. There doesn't
seem to be anything which gcc-4.6 ca
