Please don't break GCC snapshot builds by not applying needed patches for the
snapshot builds. At least the ppc64el build is broken, now fixed in the vcs. I
didn't check other targets like, arm, mips, the Hurd and KFreeBSD.

I'm not sure that it would solve the issue, but shouldn't the dependency on
libjs-jquery introduced in revision 6620, be demoted to a suggestion? I don't
see a reason why I would want the library to read the documentation.
