There are i386 binaries of gcj-4.0 in unstable and gcj-4.0 currently
FTBFS in sid according to Julien. The removal of gnat-4.0 should reach
testing soon, while the gcj-4.0 RM is blocked by a bug still unfixed in
unstable, so it seems that this will soon be an RC

FTBFS-s in normal conditions, which is AFAIK what this bug is about,
are release-critical issues and should be tracked by a serious bug
report. I am consequently upgrading this back to serious. If you believe
that the GCC bug isn't serious, feel free to reassign
Hi, java-gcj-compat failed on ia64 on 2006-05-15, due to gcj-4.1being
uninstallable, which is one of the two blockers for java-gcj-compat's
transition to Etch. This should be fixed since the latest gcj-4.1 built
on ia64 on 2005-05-19.
