corrupts the link to the doxygen documentation.

The libstdc++ documentation is broken, because the doxygen jquery.js is
replaced with a link to libjs-jquery. For example
viewing /usr/share/doc/gcc-4.9-base/libstdc++/user/modules.html shows a blank
treeview blocking the view on the left of the
I'm not sure that it would solve the issue, but shouldn't the dependency on
libjs-jquery introduced in revision 6620, be demoted to a suggestion? I don't
see a reason why I would want the library to read the documentation.

I think the real issue is the overkill of depending on javascript and an
http server to read the documentation of libstdc++.
