Hi,
libffi has not been built by -9, from the build log:
| Will not build the FFI library: disabled for architecure hurd-i386
I suppose this is due to this in rules.defs:
|ifeq ($(DEB_TARGET_ARCH),hurd-i386)
| with_libffi := disabled for architecure $(DEB_TARGET_A
