When invoked with the options -Wall -pedantic -ffast-math -O3, g++-3.3
will refuse to compile the math.h header. It refuses (correctly, since
pedantic is set) to compile ?: expressions with lacking second
Perhaps we should wait for more fresh Samba 3.0.0 packed into .deb
Samba 3.0.0 rc1 was released recently, and its changelog, in part,
reads :
3) Check for broken getgrouplist() in glibc.
So just please let me wait for .deb of this Samba so I could check.

I have exactly the same problem on my box at work, authenticating
via nis from a woody server.
Downgrading to 2.3.1-17 fixes it completely, however most progs I
need (including apt) are linked to 2.3.2 thus my box is useless :(
