This source package apparently builds all of the binary packages in the
binary-arch target of debian/rules, even though at least one binary package
is architecture independent. That's wrong.

Yes, this app supports v4l2(Present in both 2.4 and 2.6) and v4l(1). Also
read one of Linus's rants about backwards compatible kernels, I.E.
"Upgrading the kernel should NEVER break any existing software." I would
assume the same goes for headers, feal free to find out and let me know.
