You are probably right. I have checked in this change to the git repo
just now and it will be in the next release.

Hello!
Your haskell package 'missingH' claims to be licensed as BSD-3, but it
contains files Data.CRC.Posix module, which is GPL licensed. As such,
you can't distribute whole on terms, other then GPL. Can you please
investigate issue?
