how to install hurd on a non-linux one

I want to install hurd on office's computer(win2000 server),but my computer does not have a linux,and boss do not allow us to install software from cdroms. Can I install hurd directly on win2000 server?? Any suggestions or advices are appreciated!! ===

I suppose that I should make a small report. My objective was to get a functioning HURD installation CD(s) out the door and available as quickly as possible. I am quite happy to continue with this, but there are dangers if I am allowed to continue by myself, what happens if I am hit by a bus? F
