toward complete and total accountability for every single person, and
everyone needs to have a login so they can be tracked and cookied and
labeled and put into nice, neat little boxes. ;-)

Well, aside from the political correctness, I would say many people view it
as a replacement for the Linux kernel even if those are not the words that
you would choose to say them in.
