most of the time when an application like dselect crashes
and it does (with me).
what do i have to do;restart my machine.
useful env without multiple VT's is unthinkable

I get some strange characters after boot like this,

is there some problem with the red hat filesystem approach
or is it grub; if its grub then where should I report.
