Here are my notes on building oskit (cross compiled from linux). I
only modified one file, as described below, and the 2-14-2001 source
built very well for me.

tar zxvf oskit-20010214.tar.gz
cd oskit-20010214
mkdir build
mkdir install
cd build
../configure --prefi

Is there a specific reason why you are using OSKit 2202? I believe
the newest snapshot is 20010214.
As for oski
When I first run make, it usually crashes, but
then if I "make clean" and run make a second
time it will compile.
I'm having a terrible time with this, I have
compiled OSKit many times tonight and
many attempts with oskit-mach. The one
time it completed the make the kernel
instantly rebooted my mac
