I have uploaded openjade1.3 to DELAYED/5 with the attached changes
which disable using cthreads on hurd-i386, and use a phony rule to
prevent make from trying to rebuild -losp. I have preferred to explicit
-losp instead of taking all ALL_LIBS as Hector Oron suggested, because

Currently opensp does not compile on GNU/Hurd. The problem is due to
the dependency order of openjade versions. With openjade (1.4devel1-20)
opensp builds fine while with

The problem is due to the dependency order of openjade versions.
That's just a symptom.
The tiny patch inlined below fixes this issue.
