Syslog Monitoring Tool

Debian-ISP, Im currently looking for a syslog monitoring tool (local files, im dedicating a host to syslog/stat management) and haven't had much luck. Im looking for one that is fast, color-coded, allows for filters, and is web based. Any of you have a suggestion? Thanks, Matthew W

ould capture the process and current open files maybe I can determine the problem.
