Networking Between eth0 eth1

Hello, I am running Debian Woody and have two ethernet cards in the computer.. eth0 is connected to the internet, eth1 is connected to my local network.. how do I get my local network to access the internet on eth0?? The Debian box works fine and I can surf, download from the box, But I am
