offers an IP accounting solution named rasa. It's
available for Linux and some other systems. Has a
few web interfaces, too. That one would easily fill
your requirements.

There are several product you can use.
I use a Real Time Traffic Meter ( RTFM ) to log traffic from the network.
The 2 best product I've found are NeTraMet ( little tricky to configure, 'cause of SRL
language used to decribe the flows ) and the second one is Argus.
