Mista in che senso? workgroup? dominio 'NT'? Active directory?
'vedono' in che senso? Ping o hai delle share condivise nei client?

ho fatto un pò di ricerche e una possibile soluzione è installare
winbind e modificare /etc/nsswitch.conf in questo modo:
hosts: files wins dns
