I am now open for suggestions on how to organize the new kde meta-package(s). I was thinking about possibly having one that depended on arts, kdelibs, kdebase (possibly kde-core?) then another depending on all official kde packages (possibly kde), but I have not decided on this yet. I could also a

Following up on my previous query, I looked in /usr/share/qt3/lib/ and /usr/include/qt3/ to see if I could figure out what was causing the compile error. I can't tell if anything is wrong with /usr/include/qt3/, but /usr/share/qt3/lib/ had the following symlinks which pointed to nonexistent files

Anyone feel like giving a status report on the 3.1.1-1 upgrade in sid? The maintainers have been doing a great job packaging the latest versions and 3.1.0-1 is working flawlessly at my end, on four different machines. Some related upgrades are now being held back -- transcode, avidemux, ogmto

After mucking about with things a bit more, i.e., uninstalling and reinstalling all truetype fonts using the KDE Font Installer, truetype fonts now print fine from KWord. However, KCDLabel still only will print the rough bitmaps. I am guessing this may be a bug in kcdlabel, so will look into that.
