I can confirm this. This bug is extremely annoying and makes KAddressbook

svn.debian.org/pkg-kde/branches/kde4?
There are no tarballs in the debian svn so do I just grab a copy from kde
trunk and add the debian directory and run fakeroot dpkg-buildpackage?
