And the cause of this has been found! Apparently akonadi can't handle having an addressbook and a calendar with the same name. I have/had both an addressbook and a calendar named 'Work' and after removing the addressbook, all calendars and the other adressbook showed up. -- GPG: 0x138E41915C7EFED6
