Filename encoding problems with fish/dolphin

Hi, I have some trouble with fish and dolphin. When I'm trying to save some file with "special" characters like àéèç, the name of my file is changed with some iso code but automatically translated in dolphin... It's weird ! For exemple : "Introduction à Spring.odp" become "Introduction \#340

I updated my desktop like a noob, and now it's completely broken. Plasma wont install, due to frameworkintegration not being installable. I really shouldn't have done it. *sigh* I had heard people had updated to the new debian kde packages successfully. I guess they broke again. -- Thomas

As you might probably now we are currently under the Qtbase 5.5.1 transition [tran]. It started yesterday and we are 50% done, so it's not going bad at all. [tran] But there's a gotcha: now libqt5gui5 recommends libqt5xcbqpa5.
