-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 Greetings,
I'm a debian GNU/linux user for quite some time now (decades at least) and am in general very happy. I've been using claws-mail as an IMAP client for some time, but recently (a few months ago) I set up Kmail (and I like it very much, as integration with gnupg was relatively painless). I am again using it as an IMAP client (with a different gmail address). I have two computers, both running debian 9 stretch. On one of them (the laptop), Kmail is functioning properly, but on the desktop machine which I'm writing from now, incoming email has not been appearing since the end of January. I don't see any obvious menu entries which would give me access to log files in order to try to troubleshoot the problem, so I'm looking for any advice as to how I might go about correcting the issue so this instance of Kmail can again receive email (it's possible that the problem is as simple as an incorrectly entered password). I'm not subscribed to this list, so CCing me is perfectly fine (though I'll monitor the web archives for responses on which I may not be CCed). thanks so very much in advance for any hints, ~c -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQIzBAEBCAAdFiEETiJHl0qlojpckrtNu4s9czGpNn8FAlqIRagACgkQu4s9czGp Nn9lBQ//YK55MNBbUG7qSwqIwVAgBtk85mxIG+W6h92QkSW3Gyq1VPtdjACC26G/ cRLS6Vqw4C9+6o6sukVmOTqx3ZpaIZq+PVVorzS+tlvPselfLEg0FvfxV5b/oS0k UehO2hJ6xkDPeAtD2KMsVCe6zUTWZzVJk66p4iCx5Kgw6HG1apKY2mwZQ7YggG40 /ZoLCYnT5qiMl4drPsCZBgTNTFrq+Zo/daI3PnH1sIwESXHf+qE6XZOOkT+fRG2D YpLFc3Swr3s/3FZ7pRC50rVtZvFcAVkYB19bkxuST4YxWAAuc6I7BYgaCSx2Ucz7 xeMfljrU8vLKzvHIttLAjr6K1hpRRepjvR/QfMEr2gyEEQi3/VI4CpDWv+RxDOEo OxstsS1Z0A73douvP6BHUF1OdSq9ZVuW2aRM3lWLp4TsBYnbXZyw2vdXUcYgi1jv fKsZbjj469F9nzg+DM7Bgpv/SKSbFC5fSyl7hSetb/hBssgzQXmp/u2I/M7rxV36 tV7+vG2el8DVTSTJHeQA3sBJRem1o25iBsPVdzBU28u4ClMEd5KQel8qzspKtGCP xlJvwkgugT+3uKKc3y+UlLgWOoqwFwQqmxBQIPKHR9skUdsZALIACidOstqI0+Qo lJftyy2o5noP4yes+sqOAsIGR/vtb5IHomFGaKRLXrNNGo9qXC0= =jeQQ -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
