Try rename 'kwinrc' to something else and relogin.
A new 'kwinrc' will be created and compositing could work again.
You may then have to make some settings on your desktop again.

Hi,
when i start kwin from CLI, i get this line in output
kwin_scene_opengl: Creating the OpenGL rendering failed: "Invalid
QOpenGLContext::globalShareContext()"
I think, i have solved it.
kwinrc under new user contained
[Compositing]
OpenGLIsUnsafe=false
kwinrc under my user contained
