kdm problems (once again)

hi all... i still got problems with the kdm... it only works with the old kdm (2.0.1) version (i now use kde2.1final of course) the 2.1 version gives me the error error 98 binding socket address 117 any hints ?? its not to serious but i just cant configure kdm with the control-center... thx

main is no more on kde.tdyc.com don't know where it went ( maybe out for lunch or something )... just removing the main in sources.list removes the error but don't brings you kde2.1-final :-( i guess the guys are workin hard to put kde2.1-final up as soon as possible... but for now we must s

kdm won't start automatic (newbie)

hi there !! i have debian 2.2 stable installed and updated to kde 2.1 from kde.tdyc.com... my problem is that kdm won't start at system start-up... it says something like "/bin/start-stop-daemon : cannot execute binary file"... when i then login and just type "kdm" it starts up... anyone got
