I'm deploying Debian machines to graduate student desks and before I do so,
I need to keep users from shutting down or restarting the machine. I need
to disable the Shutdown and Restart options on KDE's logout screen. Is
there any way to do this for all users?

w do I get the Debian menus back for kde 3.2? I've tried kbuildsyscocao and the suggestion for bug #246561 but it hasn't worked.
I think this was discussed recently on debian-user. My Debian menus are
back to normal after installing either menu or menu-xdg.

I have 10 smtp profiles listed, and I've never seen that behavior. Kmail uses
the 1st in the list, and if that doesn't work, it stops looking.
