I got curious about realplayer for linux. Didn't know it existed and I posted
what I thought was the problem earlier this morning. I tried that and it
didn't work, but I wasn't far off.
Here's what I did to get it to work (after scan for plugins):
Settings->Configure Konqueror
File Associations

Yesterday I could right click on an attachment and it would give me a nice
pop up menu. Today that's gone, it only has Open URL and Copy to Clipboard.
This is frustrating, what happened to "Save As". This is the second time this
has disappeared. Bef

I recently ran "apt-get upgrade" and it completely hosed my xfree86 server.
After poking around for hours, it turns out that there was a hodge-podge mix
of 3.x and 4.0 xfree86 stuff. Not having a working server, I finally gave up
and purged xfree86-common from the system ('apt-get remove xfree8
What creates the network link tap0?
How do I make sure it isn't created at boot time?
If noone knows, what file would I put the magic command in to kill it, i.e.
'ifconfig tap0 down'?
