Since that point I can´t setup my knewsticker to run in a panel anymore...
I add a new panel and try to add a new Applet, but no knewsticker in
panels, and application is wrong.

I installed KDE3.1 from debian-unstable...
I used the knewsticker- and kmix-kicker-applet in the previos release
from kde.org - and I like them :-)
But in the actual release I'm not able to find any packages
for these applet.
Are these applets no longer ingredients of KDE ?

I just made an apt-get update/upgrade on my woody/sid machine and - as I just
posted - was glad that qt 2.3.1 was back again.

I'm experiencing some problems concerning knewsticker (KDE 2.1.2) - the
german Umlauts don't work. The character set is iso8859-1 - everywhere else
the german umlauts are displayed. Is this a bug in knewsticker?
