What's New in KDE 3.1.5?

The past few days, I've been downloading lots of core KDE packages with version 3.1.5. Funny thing is that I haven't seen any announcements on the KDE web site or dot.kde.org or elsewhere, and I can't find a changelog for 3.1.5. My guess is that's it's just a bugfix release, but I'm curious
