Hey,

Akregator, kmail, kaddressbook, korganizer, pim-data-exporter and pim-sieve-
editor now also have KUserFeedback in Debian (unstable).

Like in Kate it is off by default. You need to go to Settings_>Configure <app> 
in order to enable it.
