Dell XPS 13 9350 requires it for wireless hotkey.

Bump on loongson 2e/2f removal issues. glibc is now built with
mips32/mips64 ISAs, making loongson 2e/2f dead effectively.

I intend to upload linux version 4.6.3-1 to unstable tomorrow.
This has another uptream stable update plus a couple of security fixes.
There is no ABI bump.

When connecting to a wireless network the oops below is issued. The connection
succeeds, though from time to time I need to "restore" the connection by
removing and reinserting the iwlwifi kernel module.
