I have the same problem with kernel 5.10.0-22, and 23. When the CPU for the guest is set to "AMD EPYC-Rome Processor", it does work. But when set to "host-model" on a "AMD Ryzen 9 5950X", which is shown as "EPYC-Rome" (is the default), the errors occur. 5.10.0-21 works and backport 6.1.0-0.deb11.
