this issue affecting the LVDS connector was reported here:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/intel/-/issues/7301
and fixed.
Any chance it will be backported in 5.10?

Just tested with unstable ( 3.16.7-ckt7-1 ) kernel.
No more hung task messages ... Yey
but load is still high for an idle system
