Package: linux-image-2.6.26-2-686
Version: 2.6.26-15
Severity: normal
After upgrading my debian testing from linux-image-2.6.26-1-686 to
linux-image-2.6.26-2-686, suspend to RAM stopped working.
It blacks the screen, it does not turn off, and is completely frozen. It needs
hard restart...

Ok, I see the problem.
During the
Package: initramfs-tools
Version: 0.92a
Severity: minor
File: /usr/sbin/update-initramfs
Look at that: (updating initrd, duplicates the content of the cryptroot config
file...)
mordor:/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d# cat cryptroot
target=lukspace,source=/dev/hda3,key=none,lvm=evg-root
Package: linux-image-2.6.22-2-686
Version: 2.6.22-4
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
I had a custom built kernel (2.6.20.10).
This was the conf in the menu.lst file:
title Debian GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.20.10
root(hd0,1)
kernel
