Hi, Areca the SATA RAID adapter manufacturer has gotten their driver included into the 2.6.19 kernel.
I noticed that testing/etch will most probably be released with 2.4.18 meaning it will have no out-of-the-box Areca support. Is there any chance testing/etch will be released with 2.4.19/20 with the Areca driver enabled? Or would it be possible to have the Areca driver backported to the Debian 2.4.18 kernel?
