Kernel was updated from 4.19.181-1 to 4.19.194-3
Booting with previous kernel works. With new kernel I have to unplug
Philips ToUcam Pro USB webcam (very old, I think got it 20 years ago).

Too much clock drift with this particular kernel version. Did not have
such bad drift with previous kernels. Now clock is OK with 2.6.22
kernel or if running Ubuntu on this same host. NTP can not keep clock
in sync,
p or hibernate
state, since everything works, just unusably slow. So disabling acpi
sleep and see the problem go away is just logical.
