It appears to mean that the firmware advertises some features that the driver doesn't know how to use. It doesn't seem to be something you should worry about. If you think this log message should not be a warning, you can raise the issue with the iwlwifi developers on the mailing list <linux-wirel...@vger.kernel.org>.
