Hi,
I encountered the same problem with one of the last 3.2 kernels from
backports on my squeeze server installation (node B).
The system has two rtl interfaces - a gigabit on board and a 100Mbit as
PCI card.

The title says it all. I already tried the ethtool setting from the debian
wiki. No success.
I found one solution by using the r8168 driver from realtek. With this driver
WOL works.
The r8168 driver has an other problem. Sometime
