The mv_cesa module seems to be broken (both in 3.2 stable kernel and
3.9). Symptoms: If I have mv_cesa loaded, do a cryptsetup open and
then a pvscan it doesn't find any suitable volumes. If I unload
mv_cesa before cryptsetup
